NDIS - Frequently Asked Questions
Add to cart as usual, once you get to checkout add your shipping details and continue on to the payment page. There will be different payment options, If you are Self or Plan managed simply tick the NDIS box and click “Place Order”. Your order will go through and you will receive an order confirmation with a PDF link to your invoice.

If you are plan managed, simply forward the entire email to your plan manager or send us an email with their email address and we can send it off for you.

Please make sure the order is placed under the NDIS participant’s name to avoid any delays.
Once your payment has been received, your order will enter our standard shipping queue and be sent out shortly after.
Please note: If your plan manager has sent a remittance, there may be a short delay before the funds appear in our account. This can affect when your order is processed, so we appreciate your patience if you're checking in on your delivery status.
