Do you offer free shipping?
No. To ensure our prices remain as competitive as possible, we do not offer free shipping.
How quickly is my order sent?
Once you receive your order confirmation email, we will process and dispatch your order within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Who is it sent with?

Standard orders: Shipped via Australia Post or affiliates

Bulky items: Shipped with couriers

Express shipping: Available for Australia Post deliveries
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. If you would like insurance, you can opt for Australia Post insurance at checkout.
Claims & Insurance
Australia Post limits claims for uninsured shipments to $99.95. If your parcel is lost in transit and no additional insurance is selected, we can only claim up to this amount.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order status by logging into your account. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@musestore.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate.
